Wanted to get back into RVing and decided on a Sprinter chassis class C. After seeing several brands at multiple dealers in the region I stopped by GRW in Winter Garden. I met Steve who became my salesperson. I wound up buying a Coachmen Prism Elite. Everyone who I have met who works at GRW is engaging and seems to be customer experience focused which is so refreshing in today’s busy world. I am not going to lie. After a couple of terrible experiences with bigger out of town purchases I swore to never do it again.. but buying from Giant Rec was one of the easiest and best purchasing experiences I’ve had in or out of town. From the first call with our sales guy Will to the delivery with Moose and even the finance part with Jovitz which is always the kicker because you see how much money your spending.. lol. I shopped online for several months before deciding on the Coachmen Pursuit 27XPS. Based on the listed price I decided to drive over to Winter Garden from Polk County. Working with Chad McDonald was great. Even though he is relatively new to RVs he was wonderful. Randy in the sales department was phenomenal. He didn’t try to upsale us or hound us. He showed us what we wanted and then he told us to take our time and compare our choice with their other units while he left us alone. He truly allowed us to decide that we really wanted our Coachmen Mirada. He was clear with the price and numbers before he set us loose with Jeff in finance. An unexpected experience as a new RV buyer. I did not know what or where was I getting into, but had the best experience with Giant Recreation World RV dealer in Winter Garden. The salesman Joe was not just helpful, but polite and gave the extra mile to help us figure out what was best for us. I have to say that the whole friendly feeling, not pushing sales was the best-selling thing that got me. Tom and the folks at Giant Recreation saved our trip! After another company had given away our reservation, Tom got us in a coach asap. The coach was clean, spacious and super comfy. We’ve rented many coaches from other companies before and to have absolutely no problems is very rare. From start to finish we had no problems and no worries. Tom and co. Recently my family and I decided that we wanted to look for an RV that we could begin making life long memories with. Upon getting to Giant Recreation in Winter Garden we were met by Jason. He didn't want to just shove vehicles in our face, he took the time to really listen to what our interests were and what we wanted to do as a family and took his experience to show us multiple options. Once we decided on the vehicle that we liked, he made the entire process really easy. He even entertained our child who had a million questions. Overall this process and feeling with the company was amazing and has been super helpful from beginning to end.
